Return/Refund Policy
Wonderbar USA accepts returns on unopened and undamaged product for up to 60 days from date of shipment. If your original order had “free shipping”, Wonderbar USA will not refund the actual shipping charges incurred to ship your order and will reduce the amount refunded to you by the actual shipping cost incurred at time of purchase. Customers shall use their own shipping methods and be responsible for any fees associated to shipping the return product back to Wonderbar USA.

Wonderbar USA accepts cancellations if orders have not been shipped.
Delivery / Shipping Policy
Orders are all shipped direct from Wonderbar USA in Austin, TX. Tracking is provided and will be sent to the email address provided by customer when the order was placed. Please allow approximately 5 days for delivery from the date we successfully process your order. With national holidays taken into consideration, there may be certain times of the year when delivery is further delayed.
